Loomie Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used feeding products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Personalised or customised items.

How Our Refunds System Work?

  • Step 1: Customer Ships Return

    Please Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — thank you for understanding as a small brand.

    Please send items back in original packaging. We’ll confirm once received.

  • Step 2: Our Team will inspect returned items

    Our team carefully checks that the products are unused and in good condition.

  • Step 3: Email notification: Return approved or declined

    Refunds are always sent back to the same payment method you used.

  • Step 4: Receive you refund

    Most banks take 5–7 business days to complete the transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@loomie-london.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.


Please attach clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
